Terms of use
The short, honest version — because a terms page for a children's product should be readable by the parents who agree to it.
The service
Nimbo Study provides adaptive 11+ practice for children, managed through a parent account. Accounts are created by adults; children use the service only through a profile their parent set up.
Trial and payment
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. No card is taken for the trial. Afterwards, a single monthly subscription (billed by Stripe) keeps new practice sessions open. You can cancel any time from Manage billing; everything your child built stays visible either way. If a payment fails or you cancel, we pause new sessions — we never delete your data over billing.
What we promise
- Practice content written and checked for the 11+ style, improved continuously.
- Honest reporting: evidence of what your child did, never invented scores, percentiles, or predictions.
- No advertising, no trackers, no commercial content on child pages.
What we ask
- One family per account. Don't share logins beyond your household.
- Don't copy, resell, or scrape the question bank.
- Use the service as a practice companion — it is not a school, a tutor, or a guarantee of any exam outcome, and we make no such claims.
Ending things
You can delete your account, and all of its data, from the parent view at any moment. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. If we ever discontinue Nimbo Study we will give at least 30 days' notice.
